STranslate is an open-source Windows translation app. Press Alt + S, capture the area you want to translate, and it recognizes and translates the text instantly.
If the text is selectable, just select it and press Alt + D to translate. STranslate can use multiple engines at once; if you're unhappy with the built-ins, plug in AI models like DeepSeek or Gemini for better results (bring your own API key).
