Everything You Copy Gets Saved!

By 潮汕阿幸 · 2025-10-16 · Article

CopyQ is a cross-platform open-source clipboard manager for Linux, Windows and macOS 13+.

It stores text, HTML, images and more, with search. You can sort, edit, delete, and add notes and tags to clipboard items.

CopyQ doesn't seem to auto-start, but that's fixable: press Win + R, type shell:startup, and drag the app's shortcut in. Then it opens on boot — a trick that works for other apps too.

Windows also has a built-in clipboard (Win + V), but it keeps few entries and clears on shutdown.
