PixPin is a feature-rich screenshot tool for Windows and macOS.
The basics come down to two shortcuts: Capture Ctrl + 1, Pin Ctrl + 2 (I remapped them to F1/F3 to match my old Snipaste habit).
Pinning has many uses — back in college I'd pin a screenshot of code to the desktop and type it out below. Scrolling capture is also great: when content exceeds the screen, PixPin auto-stitches it into a long image. You can also extract text from a capture with one click, done locally for privacy.
PixPin also adds dynamic screenshots, annotation and color picking — basically covering every screenshot need.
