ExplorerBlurMica is an open-source Windows customization project that adds a blurred-background effect to File Explorer on Windows 10 and 11 (see the before/after).
Usage is simple: after extracting, right-click register.cmd and run it as administrator; reopen File Explorer and it takes effect. To revert, run uninstall.cmd as administrator.
